My Story

The Sanskrit definition of Roshni (my name) is Light. I’m here to shine my light and turn my passion into purpose. I strive to exude Love, Wisdom & Truth into the world through Physical, Mental & Emotional Healing. I am directed towards Soul Mastery and excited to share my tools with you!
I am a Massage Therapist, Intuitive Life Coach and a Reiki Energy Healer. My joy is in helping people recognize their fears and blocks and assisting them on their journey towards inner freedom. I am here to help you become your own navigation system, as you heal and learn tools to trust and follow your inner compass, you are able to come into soul alignment.
Working with me will help you understand and build an authentic relationship with yourself, which then mirrors into conscious relationships with others around you. I hold a safe space for you to recognize and move through certain life experience loops or patterns that have continued to show up over and over again.
A little about my personal journey. I started my path into holistic healing in 2013. I was at my lowest of lows at the time and was introduced to Reiki Energy healing with the intention of healing myself. I had recently stepped into a new chapter of life, wanting to heal from past hurt, trauma, insecurities. A whirlwind of life experiences that essentially my soul wanted learn and grow from. Going against my tradition, I stepped into paving my own way, holding onto my courage and gut instinct that this was my path to freedom. Very quickly, Reiki led me to Massage and Massage has then led me into Life Coaching. I have a strong passion to help people heal. Our Body, Mind & Emotions are very much connected, so when we are trying to heal one of those, we are also healing another aspect of ourselves at the same time.
Whether we connect or not, I would like to share two simple mantras that have helped me on my journey & still do.
